Death and funerals are conducted in a highly formalized manner in Georgia, so the film is about Georgian Panashvidi (wake), during which people visit a mourning family. They should show support and express grief. unfortunately, as time goes on, the culture gets distorted. The film shows how people ignore this whole meaning of tradition; they keep getting lost in formality. We do everything right and moreover, perfectly when it comes to customs, it is like a routine for us but eventually, we forget who suffers the most from the death of a loved one.
